2. About Lailat
Lailat is an AI-powered fashion search platform that allows users to describe what they are looking for in natural language and receive curated product recommendations from third-party fashion brands. We act as an intermediary between users and third-party retailers. We do not sell products directly. When you click a product link on Lailat, you will be redirected to a third-party retailer's website. Any purchase you make is a transaction between you and that retailer. We may earn an affiliate commission from such purchases at no additional cost to you.
3. Eligibility
By using Lailat, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you are based in the United Kingdom or accessing our platform from a jurisdiction where our services are lawfully available, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and Conditions.
4. User Accounts
When you create an account on Lailat, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information including your name and email address, keep your account credentials secure and not share them with third parties, notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account, and take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have breached these Terms and Conditions.

We use this information to create and manage your account, send you updates including launch announcements and new features, and communicate with you about your use of our platform. We may earn a commission when you click a product link on our platform and make a purchase on a retailer's website. This commission is paid by the retailer and does not affect the price you pay. The products we feature are selected based on relevance to your search, not based on commission rates.

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or availability of third-party websites, the products, services, pricing or policies of third-party retailers, or any transactions you enter into with third-party retailers. All content on Lailat including but not limited to our name, logo, design, text, graphics and software is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission. Product images displayed on Lailat remain the intellectual property of the respective brands and retailers.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Lailat is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, that our AI search results will be perfectly accurate or suited to your needs, or that products shown are available, accurately priced or in stock at the time of viewing. Product information including prices, availability and descriptions is provided by third-party retailers and may change without notice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lailat and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform, including loss of data or profits, reliance on AI-generated search results, transactions with third-party retailers, or inability to access the platform. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Changes to the Platform
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of Lailat at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension or discontinuation.
